Membership

Current Chair is Ron Mayers of Exeter City Council. Others Members include the Rural Housing Enablers, the Affordable Housing Coordinator a Housing Corporation representation and 2 Local Authority Enabling Officers

Aim

The aim of the Group is to provide focus on the delivery of new affordable housing. This includes housing delivered through the Housing Corporation's national Affordable Housing Programme, as a result of planning obligations or any other mechanism.
