Detailed work around homelessness, affordable housing and rural housing are resourced through the partnership and have individual pages on this website. The Action Plans for these areas of work are currently under review and will be posted onto site in January 2007 under the relevant pages. The DSHG and the Devon Rural Housing Partnership are currently looking at how they can work together more effectively. The feedback on a joint planing session held on 17 November 2006 will be posted on this website shortly and we are interested in your comments on how we can improve partnership working in Devon. At present DSHG has 2 working groups, the Homeless Managers Group and the Affordable Housing Task Group. Each working group is supported by a Coordinator. Different Members of the partnership also act as 'Champions' with  a watching brief on other important aspects of the strategic housing function and also act as the key link to other groups such as  the Planning Officers Group.
