The Round Up Report
The Round Up Report summarises the key features of this innovative pilot programme which brought together 23 senior officers involved in negotiating the delivery of affordable housing such as Housing Strategy and Enabling Officers, Planning Officers, Valuers, Housing Corporation staff and Rural Housing Enablers.
The core focus of the programme examined how s106 agreements and scheme viability assesments could be used more effectively when negotiating new affordable housing. The programme aimed to strengthen existing knowledge, awareness and experience. .
The programme was led by Andrew Chamen of Hawkcrest , an independant organisation with development experience in both the private and social housing sectors.
