The Devon Homelessness Managers Group are working towards developing a consistent service across Devon.  In Spring 2008 they commissioned Shelter to develop a Quality Standards Framework for Housing Options Services across Devon.

The framework aims to build on the mystery shopping exercise of 2005, taking the best from the generic standards that are already available and consulting on how these can be applied to the Devon Housing Options Services to draw up a specific set of shared standards that each service will be able to work towards attaining.

This piece of work is expected to be completed by the Autumn 2008 when further information will be available on the website.
